13 The Shackleton Trio The Shackleton Trio play an exciting blend of Americana, folk and self-penned material. Accompanying herself on the fiddle, Georgia writes and performs 'wordy songs about other people’, instrumentally influenced by British, American and Scandinavian folk traditions, with a regional twist from her native East Anglia. Georgia’s skills as a singer and instrumentalist are complemented by guitar powerhouse Aaren Bennett and mandolin ace Nic Zuppardi. “Sparky, charismatic and intensely assured. 20 Bruce Davies Singer/Songwriter. Former winner of Edinburgh Folk Club Song-writing Competition. Now in his 35 year as a full time musician, Bruce has covered a lot of ground - from huge stages on four continents to the most intimate of folk clubs. 6 Rachel Carstairs. Rachel Carstairs is a North East Folk singer from Keith. She is currently studying Traditional Music at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Rachel has a passion for Scots Song and continues to portray this. She has been described as “One of Scotland’s most exciting, young Traditional singers” by Aberdeen Folk Club.She is accompanied by Alasdair MacDonald and Iain Hyslop. 13 Richard Grainger Richard Grainger is a prolific and diverse artist, songwriter and musician who has been performing on the British Folk Scene since the 1980's. 20 Rachel Hair & Ron Jappy . More intimate than a band, Trad duo, Rachel Hair & Ron Jappy are purveyors of Scotland’s most ancient and contemporary instruments (clarsach, Gaelic for Scottish harp, and acoustic guitar, respectively) these two halves created a whole in September 2017: "a subtle ying-yang between spine-tingling clarity and virtuosic drive." https://www.rachelhair.com Club singer: Luci McLeman. 15 Adam Ross Singer-songwriter Adam Ross is the prolific mastermind behind the music of Randolph's Leap. 10 Peter and Barbara Snape The Snapes are two fine performers with a well-deserved national reputation for performing traditional British folk music.

17 Ella Munro Ella Munro is a young folk singer from the Isle of Skye, currently based in Glasgow. In 2017 she became a BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year finalist and has toured Scotland and beyond successfully since, however, with a passion for some of the most well-loved Scottish folk songs, she has discovered that folk clubs are where she would most like to sing. 18 Pernille and Stephen Quigg. The Scottish/Danish duo of Stephen and Pernille Quigg. Stephen Quigg is a well-established folksinger who has made a living playing music for over 40 years. The combination of the two voices in close harmony in songs whether traditional or contemporary interspersed with anecdotes and a touch of humour has received much praise from both audiences and organisers. 9 Corralach. Tony and George formed Corralach in 2011and have a particular interest in keeping the vocal tradition alive, especially with harmony singing. They love songs that tell stories and paint pictures and have been aptly described as, ‘Two old guys having fun’ . Corralach sing a wide range of songs drawn from the tradition of Scotland, Ireland and America with a few self-penned offerings for good measure. 16 Jenny Sturgeon Trio. Hailing from the north-east of Scotland, Jenny Sturgeon is a singer-songwriter and her passion for music lies in her interest in traditional folk song, combined with creating fresh, new compositions. 13 Haggerdash - Haggerdash have been a prominent feature of Folk Music for nearly thirty years now. The current Haggerdash lineup is Alan Jones, Jack Bethel and Billy Stewart. Together they perform with an wide range of instruments including Hammered Dulcimer, Concertina, Bouzouki, Guitar, Fiddle,Whistles, Harmonicas, 5string Banjo and Bodhran. 4 Kim Edgar - Kim is an Edinburgh based pianist and singer/songwriter with three solo albums. A member of pan-European folk band, Cara, Kim tours extensively within Europe, and - as a member of genre-hopping collective The Burns Unit - has performed at Cambridge Folk Festival, on Later...With Jools Holland, and for HRH The Queen, with bandmate Karine Polwart. 11 Jim and Susie Malcolm - Jim Malcolm is a well travelled Perthshire singer/songwriter performing traditional and contemporary Scottish folk music with guitar and harmonicas.
