19 Simpkins McLagan. McLagan Ian Simpkins is a singer and guitarist living in Perthshire and delivers his own take on Americana, traditional and contemporary folk songs as well as his own material. Dave McLagan, a native of Almondbank in Perthshire, plays melodeon and bass guitar.
